Two-time Olympic hockey champion Alexander Kozhevnikov shared the opinion that not a single Russian player made it to the first symbolic team of the National Hockey League (NHL) last season. Transmits words RT.

“But generally speaking, I think everything is in place. Those on the first-team roster have been chosen fairly. And if none of our hockey players went there, they didn’t deserve it,” Kozhevnikov said.

Recall that the NHL press service published two symbolic teams. The second team included Russian New York Islanders goalie Ilya Sorokin and New York Rangers forward Artemy Panarin.

Jason Robertson (Dallas), Connor McDavid (Edmonton), David Pastrnak (Boston), Erik Karlsson (San Jose), Adam Fox (Rangers), and Linus Ullmark (“Boston”).
