Two-time Olympic hockey champion, three-time Stanley Cup winner Vyacheslav Fetisov called it a crime to show the world championship matches in Russia in the conditions of the ban on the participation of the country’s national team in international tournaments.

The IIHF also announced that Russian hockey players will definitely not participate in the 2024 World Championship.
