“He was rude.” What is known about the death of a hockey player of the Chelyabinsk region

Nikolai Sharov, 26-year-old hockey player from the local Kolos team, was killed in the village of Bredy, Chelyabinsk Region. According to Vladimir Shishkov, senior deputy head of the regional investigation department of the TFR, the tragedy occurred as a result of a shootout in a bar.

“While drinking, two neighborhood residents who knew each other had an argument. After that, someone went home, came back with a shotgun and fired several shots at the victim, which turned out to be fatal.

According to this REN TV, those involved in the conflict were sitting at different tables in the organization, and at one point it seemed to one company that the latter was behaving too loudly. It all ended when one of the visitors went home, returned with a shotgun and fired several shots at Sharov, hitting him in the head and stomach. While the athlete died at the scene, the attacker fled and was later detained.

Explaining that Sharov did not like his behavior, it was recorded that he confessed to the deed – according to him, the hockey player “behaved rudely”.

“Police personnel focused on finding the intruder. As a result of the measures taken by the criminal investigation officers, the suspect was taken into custody a few hours later, and the unlicensed pistol and its cartridges were confiscated.” Chelyabinsk Region reports.

According to media reports, the perpetrator is 36-year-old Ivan Razzhivin, who has only been convicted three times for property crimes. At the same time, as the sister of the murdered Margarita told socialbites.ca, there was actually no conflict: Nikolai knew Razzhivin and was on good terms with him.

“Nikolay did not clash with anyone, he stood up for the people. Everything written on the websites where he had an argument with the murderer is not true. My brother got on well with him.

The killer came, he immediately started shooting in the street, inside he shot at the table, my brother got up either to calm him down or to close people, talked to him and did not think that he was going to shoot him, ”the woman said. .

Representatives of law enforcement agencies note that at the moment a petition has been sent to the court to choose a restraining measure for the suspect. Criminal lawyer Maxim Kalinov told socialbites.ca that depending on the nature of the case, Razzhivin could face a life sentence.

“The punishment, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, is from 6 to 15 years in prison for shooting at a person.

However, if there are other people in the immediate vicinity, this may be considered within the scope of Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation generally dangerously as murder. Penalty – 8 to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment,

Kalinov stated.

Recall, recently, on April 24, a hockey player died in Moscow under similar circumstances. Roman Didur, 23, had an argument with businessman Armen Kuyumdzhi while he was resting in the Baklazhan cafe.
