Russian Vice President Igor Levitin spoke about the possibility of returning Russian athletes to international competitions.

Recall that on January 25, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommended sports federations to allow Russian athletes to participate in international competitions with neutral status. These recommendations have already been implemented by the fencing, boxing, wrestling, taekwondo federations that allow Russians to participate in tournaments.

Earlier, the head of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU), Viktor Maigurov, said that the athletes ready return to the international arena.
