The Chechen-Swedish warrior Khamzat Chimaev humorously answered the question about his attitude towards polygamy.

“I don’t even know how to answer. If I answer this question the way I want, I will probably be kicked out of the house”? – Chimaev answered at a press conference.

Chimaev was born in the Chechen Republic. As you know, Islam allows every talented man to marry four women at the same time. So the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, is not against having more than one wife. “The ability to marry several women allows you to avoid cheating in relationships and not have health problems,” he said.

On the night of September 11, Chimaev had his last fight with Kevin Holland. The Russian-born Swede defeated the American in the first round, performing not only a choke hold, but also a painful one.

It is worth noting that when Chimaev appeared in the octagon, he was greeted by the audience with a deafening roar. Recall that he failed to gain weight during the weigh-in before the main fight of the UFC 279 lightweight tournament against Nate Diaz.
