Italian tennis player Yannick Sinner defeated Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals of the Masters series tournament held today in Miami.
The fight, which lasted for 3 hours and 1 minute, ended in favor of the Italian athlete with a score of 6:7 (4:7), 6:4, 6:2 in three sets.
In the final, Sinner will face Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev, who proved to be stronger than another Russian representative Karen Khachanov hours ago. Their matches also lasted three sets and ended in 7:6 (7:5), 3:6, 6:3.
The final is scheduled for April 2, the match will temporarily start at 20:00 Moscow time.
Medvedev has won 23 of his last 24 games and advanced to the finals for the fifth consecutive tournament: he won titles in Dubai, Doha and Rotterdam, and lost to world number one Carlos Alcaraz of Spain at Indian Wells.
