Olympic champion Alexei Urmanov said that he will follow the 2023 World Championships, which will not include Russian athletes. Transmits words Meta ratings.

“Am I going to follow the World Cup without the Russian skaters? My phone even fell out of my hand … Russian skaters don’t care, I’m here at the World Championships. Of course I will watch,” said Urmanov.

Recall that at the end of February 2022, the IOC addressed international sports federations and recommended that domestic and Belarusian athletes not be allowed to participate in any competitions. For this reason, the International Skating Union (ISU) suspended Russian and Belarusian athletes from competitions.
