Tampa Bay Lightning’s Russian forward Nikita Kucherov scored the winning goal and two assists in their 6-2 win over the Nashville Predators during the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season and was named the first star of the game.
Kucherov’s teammates, Canadian forward Steven Stamkos and Swedish defender Victor Hedman, were among the first three players of the meeting.
Kucherov took part in 43 games this season and scored 57 (21 + 36) points.
After this encounter, Tampa is fifth in the Eastern Conference with 104 points, and Nashville is in seventh place in the West with 93 points.
