The head coach of the national team of Russian football legends, Valery Gladilin, shared his expectations from the RPL Russia Cup Road quarter-final return match between CSKA and Krasnodar. The expert expressed the opinion that the southerners can only count on success if the army team does not approach this game responsibly enough. However, Gladilin emphasized that the red-dark blues should solve the tournament problems in the Russian Premier League and use the cup match to improve the game.
“If CSKA plays dumb or underestimates its opponent, there are always theoretical chances. But I don’t think the technical staff will allow it. There is a preparatory period, there are tournament duties in the championship. I think Krasnodar’s luck is only theoretical,” said Gladilin socialbites.ca.
