Former Spartak defender Agapov signs contract with CSKA until 2027 01/06/2023, 19:58

Russian defender of the club “Paris Nizhny Novgorod” Ilya Agapov signed a contract with CSKA until 2027. This was reported by the press service of the army.

Agapov, 21, is a student of Rubin Kazan, who currently plays in the First Division. He previously played for Neftekhimik and Spartak-2, playing 16 games in the current season of the Russian Premier League (RPL) and signed a contract with Nizhny Novgorod club in the 2022 summer transfer window.

CSKA Moscow is fifth in the RPL rankings after 17 weeks of national championships. The wards of Vladimir Fedotov have 29 points, the club leader Zenit St. 13 points behind Petersburg.

For the Red-Blues, the second half of the season will start with the away match against Sochi. The match will be played on March 4 and will start at 19:00 Moscow time.
