Valve has updated the page with the list of the most popular hardware among Steam users and added statistics for December 2022.
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 has once again become the most popular video card – last month, we recall, it overtook the GTX 1060, which had been leading for several years. In the last 30 days, the number of players using the GTX 1650 has dropped by 0.06%. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 showed the greatest growth, with the number of owners increasing by 0.45%.
As for the operating system, the popularity of Windows 10 continues to fall (the number of users decreased by 0.18% and amounted to 65.42%). Players running Windows 11 increased by 0.44% – 28.42% of Steam users are using the operating system.

- RAM – 16 GB (51.85%);
- Processor – 6 cores (33.03%);
- Video Card – NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (5.99%);
- Video memory – 8 GB (26.95%);
- Screen resolution – 1920×1080 (64.60%);
- Language – English (36.09%);
- HDD / SDD space – more than 1 TB (48.47%);
- VR Headset – Oculus Quest 2 (41.35%).
