“This is my last game. I’m leaving behind a great team. I’ve managed the national team 20 games, we’ve never lost in that time and that’s not the only thing.
It is very painful to see us leave the tournament after doing everything we can to prevent this from happening, the 71-year-old expert told reporters.
The Argentines will play with the Croatian team in the semi-finals. The meeting will take place on December 13. It starts at 22:00 Moscow time.
Today, 10 December, another semi-finalist of the 2022 World Cup will be determined. Portugal and Morocco (18:00 Moscow time), England and France (22.00) will play their quarter-finals.
The World Championship started on November 20 and will run until December 18, 2022. The tournament takes place in eight stadiums in five cities. The final match will be played at the National Stadium.
