According to the official rules of the competition, the finalists are the two winning clubs from each of the semi-final Quadrangulars, as follows:
The clubs occupying the first position in the home runs of the semi-finals will play the final of the BetPlay DIMAYOR I League 2022 and the title of champion and runner-up will be determined. In this phase, 2 matches are played, one for the first leg and the other for the return (home and away).
The club that achieves the highest score in the 2022 BetPlay I League Finals 1st and 2nd legs will be the 2022 BetPlay DIMAYOR I League Champion.
Ties occurring in these stages of the competition will be resolved
So:
1. Bigger difference between total goals for and total goals against.
2. If it remains tied at the end of the second match (second leg), the position will be determined by throws from the penalty spot, in accordance with the procedure indicated by the IFAB.

Section 1: The club that scores the most points in the sum of phases I and II (“all against all” and “semi-final home runs”) corresponding to the BetPlay DIMAYOR I League 2022 will be the visitor on the first date (first stage).
Section 2: If the finalists are tied on points, for the purpose of determining the place in the round-trip final, the club that occupies the best position so far in the BetPlay DIMAYOR I League 2022 reclassification table.
