Turów Mine Court Decision and Stakeholder Reactions

A Warsaw administrative court acted at the request of Zittau to review the Turów mine case. Representatives from Greenpeace in Germany and the Czech Republic, along with the Frank Bold Foundation, decided to halt mining at Turów. In an interview with wPolityce.pl, MEP Anna Zalewska, involved in Turów’s defense, stated that PGE would appeal the court’s action and that the concerns raised by environmental groups should not influence the decision.
