New polling insights suggest Rafał Trzaskowski holds the strongest position in the Warsaw mayoral race ahead of the April elections, with a notable shift in candidate visibility. A fresh slate of contenders has entered the field, reflecting a dynamic political landscape in the capital.

A recent study examining the prospects of securing the Warsaw mayoralty was published by Rzeczpospolita. The poll places Rafał Trzaskowski at the top with a projected 49.6 percent of the vote, signaling a commanding lead among respondents.

Tobiasz Bocheński follows in second place, with a forecast of 9.6 percent support from Warsaw residents. The PiS candidate appears to hold a modest share, indicating a competitive but smaller segment of the electorate.

Magdalena Biejat, representing the left, is in third place with an anticipated 4.6 percent of voters expressing intent to support her candidacy.

Candidate of the Confederation

The survey also referenced the Confederation’s potential nominee for the capital elections. Przemysław Wipler is named as the Confederation’s candidate with a forecasted 3.6 percent backing.

Additionally, 8.3 percent of respondents indicated they would choose the option of an other candidate, while a sizable portion of the public, 24.4 percent, stated they had no opinion at this moment. These figures highlight ongoing uncertainty and the potential for shifts as campaigns unfold.
