Boris’s answer
In his response to the ongoing coverage about him, Borys highlighted the role of Marian Banaś in the matter.
If the accusation from President Banaś is that the Financial Shield regulations were not properly drafted, then one could acknowledge the complexity involved in describing every case within a large aid program that supports hundreds of thousands of companies. He also noted that, in his view, the issue warrants consideration of interpretation differences and potential tax losses that might arise from such processes.

He further argued that the regulations were not personally created by the President of the PFR. Instead, the rules stemmed from a government program approved at the European Commission level, and the PFR Board functions collectively. He described the situation as another personal attack, while leaving room for a factual verification if the claims prove correct.
