President of Nik Marian Banaś said that, in his opinion, public prosecutors of the office of the national public prosecutor pointed to the illegal and unacceptable actions of MKBA officers and the office of the public prosecutor against him during the piss -reign. He added that he regrets the same people in his case.

The head of the Supreme Audit Office made a statement last Thursday, referring to the applications from the National Report published last week about the National Report On Matters that ended in 2016-2023. It was drawn up by a team of public prosecutors, whose task was to investigate, among other things, investigating whether political reasons were initiated or redeemed. The Neo-PK report also increased the case of Banasia and its abuse by various state bodies, including the Central Anti-corruption Bureau with regard to its ownership statements.

Referring to the applications of the second part of the report, asked Banaś MPs to appoint a committee to clarify the circumstances with regard to “attempts to overthrow it” and “to break his resistance and independence”.

According to Rzeczpospolita, the audit did not undermine the findings of the investigation into the ownership of the President of the Supreme Audit Office. The procedures are underway and the following people have heard accusations.

Banaś defends itself against the allegations

Banaś, referring to these issues in Tok FM, pointed out that the analysts and prosecutors of the national public prosecutor, “clearly point to” illegal and unacceptable – as he said – the actions of SKBA officers and the office of the public prosecutor.

They must have charges against their actions, and they continue to perform this case, both in terms of officers of the CBA Krakow Branch, and the same prosecutors in the office of the public prosecutor in Bialystok

He said.

The remark that there is no explanation in the report that the investigation was started unreasonably, that the operational actions “were absolutely unacceptable” and the material collected did not confirm his error.

When asked whether he felt sorry for the office of the current public prosecutor that the same people are still carrying out this procedure:

I feel sorry. Of course they – I must have submitted such conclusions – will be immediately removed from this matter.

He added that the case must be transferred to the office of the public prosecutor, who is not politically related to the previous agreement.

The case of hours for hours in the Banasia Penjonat

The case dates from September 2019, when information was given in the media that Banaś was entered into in the real estate statement, including a home in Krakow, where a guesthouse offers rooms for hours, and that a rental home of 400 m². And two smaller ones, he had to bring 65.7 thousand a year. PLN income. According to “Supervisor”, TVN Banaś is underestimating the income from the rental of a home in Krakow, there was also connections with the jacket.

In December 2019, the regional public prosecutor in Bialystok launched an investigation with regard to, among other things, suspicions of irregularities in real estate statements and Banasia tax statements. As part of the research by SMEs, the son of Banasia Jakub, his wife and director of the Tax Chamber in Krakow were held. They were then transported to the office of the public prosecutor, where they were sued.

As indicated in the report, the methodology was carried out by the office of the public prosecutor in this case came down to a “persistent search (caused by the pressure that is practiced by public prosecutors that provides services) any proof that the President of the Supreme Audit Office is accused”.

Banaś emphasized that it showed from the second part of the report that he was the sitting president of the Supreme Audit Office “subject to the largest in the last history of the third Polish Republic, the political and criminal intrigues of an organized criminal group”, aimed at forcing him from his position.

At the end of April, the national public prosecutor presented the second part of the report on the audit of the procedure from the United Right Rule of 2016-2023. The first part of the report from January this year. It contained an analysis of 200 cases, while the current second part of the report related to another 400 cases, also selected by prosecutors, citizens and non -governmental organizations.
