MP Marcin Romanowski, who was in Hungary, submitted a notification with regard to the possibility of a crime by two Warsaw judges. It is about the judge of the Krzysztof court Chmielewski and the judge of the court for Warsaw-Mokotów Monika Luklińska. “Chmielewski Illegal (which was even confirmed by the court last year) tried to influence the assessment panel in my case, (…) and Luklińska did not exclude themselves from the case, despite the implementation of the premisses from Article 41 of the code of Criminal Procedure,” reads the documents that are to the entry of the Intoard of the Public Forms. Judge Luklińska accuses the issue of an illegal decision to deprive him of freedom.

The office of the illegal public prosecutor chases me because I would have violated the law in three cases, not a formal act to exclude myself from supervision of the settlement of projects. Apart from the fact that it would be difficult to make such an action, because administrative law does not provide for such an obligation – whose violation would be this crime – they indicated the general provisions that specified the standards of the action of the state officials – including those with regard to their behavior outside the office.
But when we look at the Code of Criminal Procedure, this is a provision that draws up the obligation, there is a legal institution and proceedings – the exclusion of a judge or public prosecutor “if there is a circumstance that it can cause reasonable doubt about his impartiality in a particular case” (Article 41 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure).

Chmielewski and Luklińska
In his notification, Marcin Romanowski SSO of Krzysztof accuses Chmielewski that he tried to influence the composition in his case and that he personally attacked him. In turn, judge Monika Louklińska claims that “she did not exclude herself from the case”, which she was obliged to do on the basis of art. 41 Of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it was Judge Louklińska in December 2024, which gave a decision to arrest Romanowski, despite the fact that he appeared on interrogations and had not contacted people who fall under the investigation. Romanowski writes that she was active in an organized group focused on committing crimes.

The office of the public prosecutor has already refused to initiate an investigation from my notification with regard to public prosecutors from Team No. 2 – The righteous doubt about their impartiality seems pretty clear: they had the motive of personal revenge, some active politically politized on X, and even illegally taken away from freedom within a political spectacle for tusk. I have never seen an equally absurd justification to refuse to initiate an investigation, without any reference to extensive legal arguments. ‼‼ ️
Justice will have to wait – although shorter than they think. ⏰N, I keep working – a few weeks ago I already submitted an analogue notification with regard to a politician in the judges, Janusz Cieszko, who wanted to decide my complaint at the arrest, although he looked at his activity in Socialmedia, he would be proud. And now two more – on Judge Chmielewski, who illegally (who even confirmed the court last year) tried to influence the composition of the assessment in my case, they will be on the occasion of an aggressive political commentator on X – I will also attack me personally. And on judge Monika Luklińska, who also does not exclude himself from the case, despite the fulfillment of the art of art. 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
