On the occasion of the National Day celebrated in 2009, Prof. Kaczyński said that those who defend their wrong privileges did not block the democracy, the actions of the 3rd and convinced their countrymen to the fall of the Commonwealth and convinced that this democracy is threatened. “This is a speech that President Andrzej Duda spoke about during the convention of Karol Nawrocki. Listen and draw conclusions,” wrote Michał Dworczyk.

234 years ago, on May 3, 1791, the four -year Sejm approved the Government Act, which rose in history as a constitution of May. It was the second in the world and the first law in Europe that regulated the organization of the state authorities. The goal was to repair the falling Polish state.
Pis Mep Michał Dworczyk today remembered the last third place with the third place of President Lech Kaczyński, whom he gave in 2009.
Today it is worthwhile to call on the last speech by President Lech Kaczyński, which he delivered during the celebration of 3 May 2009.
This is a speech that President Andrzej Duda spoke about during the Karol Nawrocki convention. Listen and draw conclusions
– Mep Michał Dworczyk wrote on X.
Late President Kaczyński noted in him that in the 18th century there were also many who led themselves to slogans about democracy led to the fall of the Commonwealth, which blocked the action of the Polish Constitution.
On May 3, 1791, however, it was a big win for those who wanted a strong Polish state. Let’s remind you that a hereditary monarchy has been carried out, a modern government was established for parliament. This is the first such solution in Europe, the first written on paper. Many settings have been made with which you can work efficiently. But the May constitution also had its opponents. In the name of what did they fought? As they claimed, in the name of democracy. In the name of democracy, a constitution was overthrown, which, as I said a moment ago, was the highlight of the work that our state recovered. Those referred to alleged democracy and threat did not hesitate to refer to foreign powers. It can be said that what I was talking about a moment ago is this story before 218 years old. And history never repeats itself. Yes, it never repeats exactly, it is true, but some elements are repeated. In Poland there was also an alleged threat to democracy. Not so long ago. It was even a threat to privileges. Incorrect privileges, the privileges of people who have not acted for Poland, acted for themselves. And it happened in other circumstances that our countrymen believed. They believed that democracy was indeed threatened, but she wasn’t and I say it especially today, it was not for a second. However, privileges were in danger. The privileges of those who repeat this act again in the name of their own interests, not in the name of the interests of Poland. Poland needs hard work today, very hard. Working on healing a state that has to protect the weaker and not be afraid of strong, because of the Polish -Lituilding Commonwealth, all citizens are the same. Regardless of whether they have billions or like most of our Poles have nothing. Everyone is the same citizens. Everyone must take advantage of state protection, and especially the weaker, including those who have passed, they must be of service to you. It is very good that many posts have been successful in the last 20 years. This is their success, these are our joint achievements, because their success contributes to the success of the entire nation. But someone’s success in a material or prestigious sense cannot translate into undeserved privileges. If the President of the Republic of Poland, today, on the day we can name the day of the repair of Poland, the day of republic of the Republic of Poland, I would like to say that I will do everything to run our country along the path of democracy, so that the Polish state is strong that it can protect the weaker, that is, not -to cycle. Thank you very much
– said the president Prof. dr. Lech Kaczyński in 2009 during the celebration of the Constitution of 3 May.
