Wipler reports the office of the public prosecutor with regard to the “debate” of Trzaskowski with the participation of NE-TV! “It was a promotion of one candidate for public money”

The staff of Rafał Trzaskowski organized his campaign event in Końskie, which he called the debate. Finally, various presidential candidates participated in the “debate”. Three television was involved in this event, including public TVP in liquidation. In this case, a member of the Confederation Przemysław Wipler has submitted a notification to the public prosecutor.

Let’s remind you that the staff of Rafał Trzaskowski only wanted Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawocki to participate in the “Debate” in Końskie. The finally prepared laws failed because of the statement by Szymon Hołownia, and later also other presidential candidates that they would come to the aforementioned “debate” because of the fact that TVP is involved in the organization in liquidation – although the public television itself swore that it was an event organized by the Trzaskowski staff.

The event is:

-took place with the use of technical and human TVP -sources (set design, equipment, transmission),

– is not marked as an election material,

– resulted in real estate from TVP SA in liquidation

Trzaskowski and Sygut will I be interrogated?

Wipler announced that he signed up to send witnesses in the case, including Rafał Trzaskowski and the general director of TVP in the liquidation of Tomasz Syguut.

In my notification I asked that important documents are being protected and listening to witnesses, including:

– Rafał Trzaskowski – President of Warsaw and the president of the Republic of Poland,

-Wioletta paprockaślusarska-the head of his election staff,

– Tomasz Syguut – General Director of TVP SA in Liquidatie
