Does Ewa WrzoSek have to continue to investigate the such “two towers”? Especially in the light of last month’s events, ie the death of Mrs. Barbara Skrzypek, a former employee of Pis President Jarosław Kaczyński three days after interrogation? For Dariusz Korneluk who claims to be the national public prosecutor, an obstacle is not clearly not the political involvement of WrzoSek, nor the fact that he prevents the Proxy Barbara Skrzyk for the actions. “I personally asked the public prosecutor whether there were circumstances that caused her exclusion. She assured me that such circumstances did not take place,” he said in an interview with Polish radio. Korneluk also molts about the experience of WrzoSek in the work of the public prosecutor.

He emphasized that it was not the national public prosecutor who assigns cases in the office of the public prosecutor of Warsaw, but the management of the office of that public prosecutor.
Personally, I decided to delegate Ewa WrzoSek’s public prosecutor at the office of the public prosecutor in Warsaw, because I think he has many years of internship, huge experience, he is a very good public prosecutor and can also perform good activities at the level of the public prosecutor.

He added that we are talking about the public prosecutor “with many years of professional experience, and not about public prosecutors who have sometimes even promoted for a year or more months.”
What about objectivity?
When asked if he was convinced that public prosecutor Wrzosek would be objective to “two towers”, Bodnarowiece replied:
This was my first question, when doubts arose, I personally asked the public prosecutor the question of whether there were circumstances that caused her exclusion. She assured me that such circumstances did not take place
– said Korneluk.
He added that Wrzosekeke stated at the same time that if such circumstances had taken place, “of course the procedure knew and know what to do.” Korneluk emphasized that this is an unambiguous answer for him.
The issue of the death of Barbara Skrzypek
Let’s remind you that Barbara Skrzyk was interviewed as a witness on the SO -TO -Called “Two Towers” on 12 March. Three days later the 66-year-old died. The cause of death, as it turned out, was a huge heart attack.
In the first hours and days after the death of the former PIS president employee, further information started to come out – including the interrogation of the public prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek did not allow the Proxy Barbara Skrzypek to act. Let’s add that during the interrogation there were two proxies from Gerard Birgfellnyr, who have the status of the wounded in this matter: Jacek Dubois and Krystian Lasik – a lawyer from the office of Roman Giertych. Wrzosek, Giertych and Dubois were both during the PIS rule, but they are now also strongly politically involved on the side of the current prevailing coalition, and in 2015-2023 of the opposition.
