Justice Minister Adam Bodnar tries to remove Judge Przemysław Radzik from the function of deputy disciplinary spokesperson for ordinary judges, despite the fact that the provisions are not entitled to him.
What has happened in recent months, the subsequent procedure against Mr Radzik, led by the disciplinary spokesperson, but also by the office of the public prosecutor had to lead to such a decision. Taking into account the circumstances, the minister decided that Judge Przemysław Radzik lost his ID to the position of a disciplinary spokesperson for judges of common courts. The more we are talking about an important function that is related to standing for the attributes of a judge such as a flawless character, honesty or high ethical standards. A person with countless disciplinary and criminal procedures, as well as the procedure for the withdrawal of immunity, cannot fulfill such an important function.
