The announcements of Bodnarowców and Donald Tusk work well. The Wpolityce.pl portal has established that the Constitutional Tribunal has not paid more salaries to judges. This is the result of “cutting” this setting of this year’s budget. The attitude of Andrzej Domański, the Minister of Finance, is also shocking, who does not respond to alarming instructions from the Constitutional Tribunal. The whole thing is a clear example of an attack on a constitutional body and shoes and pride of the current strength.

Reminder, the Budget Act for 2025 does not provide for financial resources for the salaries of judges, although this amount must be 10,230,000. This is an open hit in independence and the existence of the constitutional tribunal.

Application without recognition

We have also asked about the steps he intends to carry out in connection with the situation. It appears that Minister Domański does not intend to nod with this issue. Apparently he faithfully follows the illegal orders of Donald Tusk, who wants to “starve” the constitutional body, the constitutional tribunal.

The Constitutional Tribunal has submitted to the Minister of Finance Requests for the launch of additional funds from the intended reserve of the State budget for 2025 “obligations due to the treasury” part. 83 Item 16. The application for the amount of the remuneration for the CT judges for the entire year (PLN 10,230,000) was rejected by the Minister of Finance without substantive justification. Application for granting the amount for reimbursement for the CT judges for the month of February remains unpaid (neither rejected or accepted)

An unprecedented situation in the latest Polish history, in which judges who are in the constitutional authorities do not receive compensation, is an example of the wildness of the prevailing team and not respect for the seriousness of the State will have to pay for it.
