Preparing these plans did not come down to launch them, because they can wait a month until the presidential elections are over. Perhaps the action of accepting and moving migrants starts at the end and early May. It is also not the case that the first day after the announcement of the State of willingness to accept them and the migrants will reach us. It will probably be a process of a few weeks
