As the days pass, the Minister of Finance, Andrzej Domański – who is practicing a kind of legal juggling by sending letters to the National Electoral Commission – is still not paying out the money due to Law and Justice.
Prof. Anna Łabno emphasized on TV Trwam that the time for the payment of the money had already passed, because the decision had to be implemented immediately.
All formal conditions have been met. The court stated this following a complaint filed by PiS, and the court’s decision is final. It puts an end to all debate on this subject and regardless of what anyone thinks, that is what the court is for, to objectively decide the rights of each party in this dispute.

This is purely political and intended to achieve its own goals. This means instrumentalizing the law, that is, using the law not in the general or general interest, not for the public interest, and not to solve existing problems. And we’ve been observing this for over a year now on a scale beyond imagination. Even those of us who remember the difficult times of the Polish People’s Republic are aware that these are incomparable times, because today (…) we still have freedom of expression within the limits as it is now, but all activities that we observe are against the law, against state institutions, they are typical of authoritarian systems that destroy the law, destroy society, deprive it of freedom

Society itself must now strive to regain this freedom and decide what is law, what is legal and what is not.
