Response from politicians
Prof. commented on the absurd decision of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Piotr Glinski.
He received a grant from the Minister of Culture, for example Wojciech Wencel, an excellent poet who wrote a great biography about Kazimierz Wierzyński, now he gets the same grant… a certain Jaś Kapela, an MMA fighter :), if that’s me . make no mistake. This is the climate we have today…
He commented on the issue on the X platform, among other things: PiS MP Michał Moskal:
Scandal! A drug addict, pathological freakfighter with a grant from the Ministry of Culture. Jaś Kapela, who calls himself a poet, has just received a twelve-month literary grant from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Currently he is known for pathological behavior, insults and fights at conferences and freakfight galas. He also repeatedly inquired about his addiction to hard drugs. Now Polish taxpayers, with the help of the Ministry of Culture, will sponsor this person’s annual treatment with psychoactive substances. The Ministry of Culture funds pathology of the worst kind. Shame!
– wrote Moskal, announcing that in an interpellation he would ask the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage “for what and how much scholarship Jaś Kapela will receive for his antics in 2025.”
