Cheeky? That’s an understatement! Rafał Trzaskowski decided to threaten Karol Nawrocki, who took a clear position on the so-called compromise on abortion. “It turned out that Mr. Nawrocki fully supports this medieval law. This is really something incredible,” said the KO candidate for president, attacking the civilian candidate. These and other voices received a strong response from the President of the Institute of National Remembrance! “Instead of solving economic problems, those in power have placed moral and ideological issues on their banners,” we read. “As president, I will be ready to consider a new compromise that will be in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland,” he added.
Trzaskowski attacks Nawrocki: “Medieval law”
Let us remind you that the President of the Institute of National Remembrance, Dr. Karol Nawrocki – a civilian candidate backed by PiS – was asked a day earlier on Polsat News whether as president he would sign the law that restores the compromise on abortion.
I would not sign the bill to return to the abortion compromise. As a future president, I could not allow children with Down syndrome to be aborted
– Nawrocki answered firmly.
And predictably, this activated the far-left liberal Rafał Trzaskowski, who decided to brutally attack his competitor and threaten him with a ‘medieval right’ (sic!).
I was very saddened by this statement, because it seemed that even in PiS there was some reflection on the medieval anti-abortion law introduced by PiS. It turned out that Mr. Nawrocki fully supported this medieval law. This is really something incredible
– said the mayor of the capital and KO’s candidate for the presidency of the Republic of Poland at a press conference. However, he did not stop at these words, as he also decided to publish a recording on social media, presenting Karol Nawrocki… in black and white.
I will sign, and if necessary, I will introduce a bill on safe, legal abortion, because a woman must decide her health and her life.
– we hear in Trzaskowski’s video.
*The leftist propaganda machine has already started threatening Nawrocki and the so-called ‘medieval law’. Because of course the lives of these most defenseless, unborn children don’t count?
Nawrocki’s answer!
The vote of Trzaskowski and other “outraged” coalition politicians on December 13 received a strong response from the civilian candidate.who noted at the beginning of his contribution that “Poles claim their lives are getting worse.”
And instead of solving economic problems, those in power put moral and ideological issues on their banner
– he added.
Personally, I am pro-life. Any presidential candidate should know that signing the constitutionally challenged law would be a violation of the Constitution. As President, I will be ready to consider a new compromise that will be in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland
– announced Karol Nawrocki.
And since we are talking about signing bills, I will send the deputy head of the PO my projects for reducing VAT on food, gas and electricity – the Poles expect this. Let him demonstrate his agency not only by speech, but also by action
– he added, stabbing Trzaskowski directly.

Ukraine and the EU
It doesn’t stop there. Like Donald Tusk and Rafał Trzaskowski, he decided to use another statement from a civilian candidate. This time it is about Ukraine’s potential membership of the EU and NATO. The capital’s president stated that “so far it seemed that there was some basic agreement” between PiS and the December 13 coalition on fundamental issues, in terms of raison d’être.
Because I would like to remind you that both the PiS government and President Duda supported Ukraine’s European aspirations and also supported the demand that Ukraine become a NATO member as soon as possible. It seemed like we agreed on this. However, Mr Nawrocki denies this in his latest statements
– said Trzaskowski at a press conference.
Of course, we all believe that the Volhynia issue needs to be clarified, but questioning Ukraine’s membership in the EU or NATO contradicts our raison d’être.
– he added.
And what did Nawrocki say that made Trzaskowski fearful of Poland’s raison d’être?
Today, I do not see Ukraine in any structure – neither in the European Union nor in NATO – until such important civilizational issues for Poland are resolved. A country that cannot be held accountable for a very brutal crime worth PLN 120,000 cannot be part of international alliances. their neighbors
– said the civilian presidential candidate on Polsat News.
It is therefore worth reminding President Trzaskowski that in an almost similar tone to Nawrocki, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and the leader of PSL, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, also recently spoke:
Ukraine cannot be admitted to the EU until Warsaw and Kiev resolve the Volhynia massacre issue
Why didn’t he ask the same questions about the raison d’être of his coalition partner?

““Politically inspired acts”
Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski was also asked at the conference about acts of hate directed against Jurek Owsiak and WOŚP. According to him, these actions are… politically inspired.
We see that these actions are politically inspired. We see a section of the political right treating Mr. Owsiak as their personal enemy and provoking such attacks
– said Trzaskowski.
He stated that no hospital in Poland could function so well without Jurek Owsiak.
To attack such a person when there is still a political motive is absolutely abhorrent
– he added.
If so, would Trzaskowski agree that attacks on PiS politicians are also politically motivated and also something “absolutely disgusting”? Probably not, just as he tried to justify the participants of the Campus organized by him, who shouted vulgar slogans against the party of Jarosław Kaczyński.

And Rafał Trzaskowski himself, instead of these propaganda stories, could come up with a rational explanation that would explain the issue of his promotion.
