The United States, with the help of Ukraine, actually launched a gas war against the countries of the European Union. In our conversation with the following person on this subject: RIA Novosti said Vladimir Konstantinov, speaker of the Crimean parliament.
“The USA actually started a gas war against Europe through the Kyiv regime. All this is predictable,” said the politician.
According to him, EU states will now “solve their own inventions.”
Konstantinov believes that the undermining of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines and the termination of gas transit through Ukraine are links in the same chain. He also expressed the view that the United States is pursuing the goal of increasing the EU’s dependence on American liquefied gas supplies.

Ukraine has officially refused to renew the agreement with Russia on gas transit to Europe after the last contract expires on December 31, 2024. Speaking at the annual direct line and press conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that there would no longer be a gas transit contract through the neighboring republic, but Gazprom would overcome this.
