The day before yesterday, the weekly magazine “Newsweek” reported that the leader of Poland 2050, Chairman of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia, studied at Collegium Humanum. That same evening, Hołownia himself denied the newspaper’s information in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
Hołownia will defend itself
Hołownia said that if it turned out that the services had come into play and shared fake news with journalists or other people to “defame him in the run-up to the elections”, it means that the matter is very serious and there is a very serious crisis of confidence can be in the coalition.

Collegium Humanum scandal
CBA officials have been dealing with irregularities surrounding the Collegium Humanum university (currently Varsovia University of Business and Applied Sciences) since February. It was then that journalists from “Newsweek” discovered that the private university offered fast-track courses that would allow you to earn an MBA degree. Such diplomas made it easier, among other things: path to the supervisory boards of companies of the Ministry of Finance.
The credibility of the documents issued by Collegium Humanum had to be guaranteed by, among other things: foreign universities, but they turned out not to be authorized to offer MBA studies. Graduates of Collegium Humanum have included: politicians, presidents and state finance executives, secret service officials, and military commanders.
Since February, the CBA has arrested approximately thirty people in connection with the Collegium Humanum case. The complaint has already been heard by, among others: former PiS MP Karol Karski and Mayor of Wrocław Jacek Sutryk.
