“NO. I have suspicions, I have testimony, I have information… But this is not certain. This was not an accident like the Nord Stream explosion,” said Borrell, answering the question of whether he had information about who was behind the possible sabotage in the Baltic.
In his opinion, Europe needs to get used to the fact that such critical infrastructures are very vulnerable and such incidents may occur more often.
The head of EU diplomacy also added that measures must be taken to protect the infrastructures on which daily life depends.
