Russian Embassy responded to allegations of interference in American elections

The Russian Embassy in Washington described accusations that the United States interfered in the election of the American President as a violent slander. This was reported by RIA Novosti Referring to the description of the diplomatic mission.

Diplomats noted that US intelligence agencies accused the Russian Federation of distributing fabricated videos about violations during the voting.

“All insinuations about ‘Russian intrigues’ are violent slander invented for use in the internal political struggle of the United States,” the embassy said.

The Russian embassy dismisses these allegations as “another empty shell.” They added that they did not receive any evidence in contact with American officials or any objections.
