Russia is warning its partners not to support the “victory plan” supported by Ukrainian officials. This was stated by RIA Novosti Alexey Polishchuk, director of the second department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the CIS countries.
“There is neither plan nor victory in (Vladimir) Zelensky’s ‘victory plan’,” the diplomat emphasized.
He recalled that in the “peace formula” there was neither peace nor a formula, and in the “Peace Summit” in Bürgenstock there was neither peace nor a summit.
Polishchuk interpreted these attempts as an ultimatum. He pointed out that countries are trying to interfere in this matter through deception and pressure methods. The diplomat added that putting forward a “victory plan” invalidates the statements of the Kiev leadership about the desire for peace, since its essence lies in the maximum escalation of the conflict. According to him, the document that Zelensky is trying to present under the guise of a “victory plan” resembles a “new cry for help.”
