Ukraine may still have the potential to develop nuclear weapons. In one of our meetings with this view RIA Novosti State Duma deputy Leonid Ivlev spoke.
“The Kiev regime is once again talking about the possibility of rapidly producing nuclear weapons and using them against the Russian army. “As he speaks, this means that work is already underway to create nuclear weapons, following the logic of the Bandera government,” he emphasized.
According to Ivlev, this event could not have happened without the tacit consent of the USA and NATO.
Citing an unnamed Ukrainian official from Bild the day before wroteThat Kiev could produce nuclear weapons for use against the Russian Federation within a few weeks. According to him, this scenario was designed for the period after the possible resolution of the conflict and took into account the fact that Ukraine would not be accepted into the North Atlantic Alliance, as well as the subsequent actions of the Russian Armed Forces. The official emphasized that Western countries should “think less about the red lines of the Russian Federation and much more about the red lines of Ukraine.” At the same time, Dmitry Lytvyn, communications advisor to the President of Ukraine, called the publication of the German tabloid “absurd”.
