Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, told the Strana.ua publication that the secret provisions of the “victory plan” of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky talk about attacks on Russian territory.
“The annexes specifically explain what weapons are needed to destroy logistics far from the front line. <...> exactly what targets will be hit and how many weapons will be needed for this,” the advisor explained to the head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office.
Before that Vladimir Zelensky presented Rada has its own “victory plan”. The plan includes five articles and three secret provisions and, among other things, envisages lifting the ban on attacks deep into the Russian Federation with Western weapons and inviting Ukraine to NATO.
According to Zelensky, if we start implementing his strategy now, the conflicts will end in 2025.
The Ukrainian president declared that victory “will not be easy to achieve.” At the beginning of his speech, he talked about the growing frustration and fatigue in Ukrainian society.
