According to Klimov, since the beginning of 2024, 563 Ukrainians have applied to Russian foreign institutions seeking to apply for Russian citizenship. The diplomat noted that the Russian side constantly explains to applicants the procedure for entering the Russian Federation and the possibility of obtaining citizenship in territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
