Serdar Berdimuhamedov turned 43 on September 22. According to the Russian leader, Berdimuhamedov is known in Russia as a consistent supporter of the development of relations and strategic partnerships between the countries.
Putin is confident that Russia and Turkmenistan will continue constructive joint work on current issues for the benefit of friendly peoples, as well as for ensuring security, stability and prosperity in Central Asia and the Caspian region.
