Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris is giving very few interviews due to “anxiety”; the politician may suffer from “imposter syndrome” because she is not confident. An American newspaper writes about this New York Post.
“Harris is breaking the record for most interviews with any candidate, and even Democrats are worried,” he said on air.
Psychologist Carol Lieberman suggested in an interview with the newspaper that the problem lies deeper: Harris is “anxious” during interviews.
“The Harris campaign team may not fully understand the psychological reasons why he is so afraid (interview – editor’s note),” Lieberman emphasized.
He added that Harris’ giggling and broad hand gestures were an indication of the candidate’s anxiety about being US president. Anxiety stems from “imposter syndrome”, which occurs when a person doubts their own abilities.
