Donald Tusk stated that he intends to govern even without the applicable regulations, and that the constitutional order may be monitored by external forces.

That is why it is even more frightening. Tuk’s power is coming to an end and that is clear. Even wiser people from the Civic Platform and other parties in the coalition know that.

This is a panicky, stressed man who treats his colleagues dramatically and constantly shouts because he is nervous. His colleagues see this and are afraid of what will happen to him. I am convinced that Tusk is losing power. However, we are not afraid of him
