The Russian spy had access to material from his investigation! The scandalous reports from the daily Rzeczpospolita caused a wave of indignation on the Internet.
Pablo González, known in Poland as a journalist and who turned out to be a Russian spy, and Pablo Rubtsov, working for the GRU, left Polish custody at the end of July as part of a prisoner swap between Russia and the US.
– the daily recalled, adding that “before returning to Russia, he learned everything that had been collected about him during the Polish investigation.”
This is the procedure, says the Public Prosecution Service and states that it could not deny him access to the files, even though they are secret files. Lawyers and service people have a different opinion
– we read in the article.
He left with full knowledge. There is a risk that he learned too much and passed it on to his clients
– a senior ABW officer told Rz.

Response on the internet
The situation regarding Rubtsov caused a real storm on the Internet. Politicians and journalists left no stone unturned in the state’s actions.
The Putin spy we caught had access to his own files thanks to the Bodnars. Among other things, he met the names of the people who investigated him. Is this how you ensure the safety of agents? Polish women and men? No, this is how Russian interests are served.
“We want a dialogue with Russia. ‘As it is,’ Donald Tusk used to say. Everything indicates that according to this dialogue, the Russian agent will return to Putin with a full set of information received from Bodnarov’s Prosecutor’s Office. This case should lead to the resignation of the entire leadership of the Ministry of Justice. Not only is the government embarrassing itself again, but it is also ruining our reputation among our allies.
In the middle of the holiday, somewhere with the Bodnar family: – But you won’t tell the secrets to the Russians, will you? Bodnar, Korneluk – to resign.
BODNAR IS GOING TO PULL OFF ‼️ A few weeks before the exchange, GRU agent Rubcov read all the materials collected in his case. Russia knows the secrets of the work of the Polish services, but above all the NAMES of the officers investigating Rubtsov. This is a risk to the health and lives of people who care about our security
This sounds like a scandal. Back in July this year. an agent of the Russian GRU, Paweł Rubtsov alias Pablo Gonzales, got access to the files. For two weeks he read documents – public and secret – that were submitted for investigation. With this knowledge he went to Russia as part of a prisoner exchange. Extreme irresponsibility. Mr. Prime Minister @donaldtusk, Minister @Adbodnar, Minister @TomaszSiemoniak, why was access to the material not denied? How could this happen?
This matter is even more serious than it seems at first glance. The decision to act against Rubtsov was taken at the highest level of the government and its subordinate services. Someone deliberately decided to give him access to secret files – and it was not an ordinary prosecutor… This should have led to long prison sentences. And that is why Bodnar and Korneluk will probably avoid being fired – they know too much about this matter…
Bodnar must resign
All persons responsible for providing access to the files to Gonzales, also known as Rubcow, and who have not applied the first sentence of § 5 of article 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, must be dismissed immediately. Immediately, without prejudice to other legal remedies. All.
I said that the GRU spy got insight into the findings of the Polish services about him… Drama! Strzyk will investigate it like no other! The soul will help him!
Just a little bit more and @Adbodnar would make Rubtsov deputy minister of @MS_GOV_PL. Luckily they gave it to Putin. For free, as a gift from Tusk’s government.
