Krzysztof Bosak from Confederacja blamed PiS for the fact that “an influential prosecutor from the time of Minister Zbigniew Ziobro” ordered searches in the house of Robert Bąkiewicz and the headquarters of the Independence March Association. “It is difficult to detach Krzysztof Bosak level” – commented on Bosak’s submission, MP Marcin Romanowski from Sovereign Poland. In turn, Mariusz Gosek reminded the politician from the Confederation that prosecutor Młynarczyk was removed from cases related to the so-called hate speech.
Today, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the police raided the house of the former president of the Independence March Association, Robert Bąkiewicz. According to him, his computer and phones were seized after the search. The house of the head of the March Guard, Mateusz Marzoch, and the headquarters of the Independence March Association were also raided. The case is being handled by prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk. Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak of the Confederation accused PiS of being an “influential and useful prosecutor” during the time of Zbigniew Ziobro.
So six years later, the public prosecutor’s office is looking for the man who was the perpetrator of the “threat”, without knowing his identity, nor having his photos or even his description.
The case was dropped years later and now reopened for political reasons. The prosecutor is therefore demanding the release of non-existent lists of names of everyone involved in organizing the 2018 march. No real injuries. No perpetrator. No evidence. No witnesses. However, all this is no problem for prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk – an influential prosecutor from the time of Minister ZiobroPL, who was forced by the government of the so-called United Right to fight against anyone who had something crucial to say about Ukrainians, including the perpetrators of the Volhynian genocide (prosecutor Młynarczyk does not use this term).
It was useful for the PiS government and is currently useful for the PO government. The procedure that Minister @Adbodnar has artificially resumed becomes an excuse to search the homes and offices of people from the national community
– wrote Bosak, who compared the actions of the prosecutor’s office during the time of Zbigniew Ziobro with those of the Bodnar movement.

““Baby Giertych”
The politician of the Confederation did not notice that it was during the time of Minister Zbigniew Ziobro that matters concerning the so-called hate speech.
“An influential prosecutor in the time of Minister Ziobro – who loosened the level of Krzysztof Bosak. Well, it came from Giertych, but Giertych did not come from a human being. Sad, especially in light of the attack on everything Polish, national and Christian. But at least the masks come off
– Sovereign Poland MP Marcin Romanowski commented on Bosk’s “revelations”.
And the truth is that during the time of Zbigniew Ziobro, this prosecutor was deprived of dealing with cases of hate speech. Even Gazeta Wyborcza wrote about the alleged intimidation of the researcher
— Sovereign Poland MP Mariusz Gosek added his comments on social media.
Roman Giertych’s Babas Krzysztof Bosak desperately tries to suck in the new authoritieslying that prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk, a specialist in political searches (today in the office of the Independence March Association, made a career during the PiS era
– Gosek added after a while.
