“Looking at the series of failures of his government, which is unable to address the most important issues for Poland, such as energy prices, water prices, the civilization projects that have been abandoned, such as nuclear power plants, such as the Central Communications Port, Donald Tusk decided that if he cannot give the Poles bread, he must give the Poles games. This is where the figure of PLN 100 billion comes from, which is a kind of moss and fern story that even the politicians of the ruling coalition do not believe in. This is where all the pressure came from to deprive Law and Justice of the means to function,” PiS MP Michał Moskal said at a joint press conference with Andrzej Śliwka.
Voters have the right to feel cheated by this government and these politicians. These politicians lied about everything they said before the elections and they are lying now to avoid answering difficult questions, even about a hundred specific questions. They were spent on thousands of strategic investments that were carried out in hundreds of poviats and municipalities across Poland, and were spent on supporting volunteer fire brigades. “‘Poland is no longer a democratic country’

Today Donald Tusk said that everything that builds a law-abiding state, the letter of the constitution does not apply to him, because he has already acquired power and does not intend to give it up.

Moreover, the financial report of Law and Justice was also analyzed by the accountant sent by the National Electoral Commission, and it turned out that this nine-page document, which is a detailed analysis of the expenditure of the election commission that participated in the election commission, elections, was taken by the accountant and assessed very positively. Therefore, there are no substantive reasons to reject these annual accounts. In short, we are dealing with great political courage, with a political mandate from Donald Tusk

Notices to the National Electoral Commission
Based on the information we received, we filed notifications to the National Electoral Commission about several initiatives implemented by politicians of the Civic Coalition. The team created as part of Donald Tusk’s Law and Justice “stopPATOauthority” has already filed almost 40 reports to the prosecutor’s office regarding illegal actions taken by politicians of the ruling coalition.

We have limited confidence that the prosecutor will take these measures. Nevertheless, these reports were made in accordance with the law. If they are cancelled, someone has to sign it. Someone will take responsibility for this. So we hope that in the prosecutor’s office, which has been illegally taken over by the Bodnarites, there are still independent prosecutors who will have the courage to stand up to this Bodnarian regime.
