Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China (the country’s highest executive body) Li Qiang, who will visit Russia on August 20-22. This is reported by press service Government of the Russian Federation.
At the invitation of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Li Qiang is coming to Russia for the 29th regular meeting of the heads of government of the two countries. Current issues in the development of Russian-Chinese relations are planned to be discussed “with an emphasis on the development of practical cooperation, humanitarian and interregional exchanges.”
The press service noted that Li Qiang will also be received by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
