The question is to what extent it is an expression of goodwill and to what extent it is a PR stunt intended to have a greater effect on the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising. It is difficult to listen to Donald Tusk’s assurances in light of his government’s historical policy and attitude towards the issue of reparations.
