Bulgaria will suspend the acceptance of documents for Schengen visas from tourists at its consulates in Moscow and St. Petersburg. This was reported by Type.
In the Russian capital, the Bulgarian consulate will not accept documents for type C visas from August 1 to 18, in St. Petersburg – from August 1 to 11. Applicants will need to re-book for new dates.
According to representatives of visa agencies, such measures were taken in connection with the transition of Bulgarian consulates to new software for processing visa applications.
