A young woman, about 28 years old, was stabbed with a sharp instrument in the center of Warsaw tonight. The perpetrator fled the scene of the attack and the injured woman was taken to hospital.
About the shocking event this evening in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, on ul. Wspólna was informed by the provincial ambulance station “Meditrans”.

Immediate response
The dispatcher immediately sent our W01 001 Medical Rescue Team there, and the operator of 112 sent police officers from the Warsaw Police. Arriving at the scene, paramedics found a woman in a standing position with a stab wound in the abdominal area below the rib cage.

The ambulance crew initiated emergency medical procedures and then transported the patient to the hospital

Unfortunately, the perpetrator of the attack on the young woman was able to escape.
