The man who shot former Rada Deputy Irina Farion had been following her for several weeks. This was reported by the “Public” publication.
Neighbor Farion Maria Babyuk, who witnessed the attacker’s escape, said that the man had been watching him enter every day for several weeks. According to her, other neighbors interacted with him and offered him food. The man told them that he came from Ternopil.
“Every day at 10 o’clock he was sitting here on a bench,” Babyuk summarized.
