The Taliban (an organization banned in Russia) destroyed all the catapults used to transport drugs across the border in Afghanistan with a beam. This was stated in an interview by the Russian Ambassador to Afghanistan Dmitry Zhirnov. TASS.
According to him, the catapults were located on the borders of Iran and Pakistan, where drug traffickers used the devices to smuggle drugs across the border to their accomplices.
The ambassador said that these catapults were the size of gallows, with a rubber slingshot stretched between the bars. According to Zhirnov, “they are a kind of symbol of the pro-Western puppet regime that was overthrown by the Taliban and Afghanistan was turned into a global heroin factory.”
The diplomat also described how drug traffickers transported their goods. They put the drugs on the beam and ran down the hill about ten meters to pull it harder, the load flew a long distance. All the catapults were found and destroyed by the Taliban.
