“The Daily Beast can reveal that a major West Coast donor is preparing the key points of Biden’s ‘victory speech’ to the party and the country as he leaves office,” the report said.
Among the key points of Biden’s presidential exit speech, an anonymous Democratic Party donor highlighted points such as “our democracy is in danger,” “the election must be won,” and “the majority of Americans want a younger person in this election.” On this issue, Biden was to say, “I have decided to step aside.”
