The opposition has views on actions that are completely unpredictable in Polish law, PiS spokesman Radosław Fogiel told PAP, citing the words of PSL chairman Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the appointment of a parliamentary inquiry committee under the name of the “Law and Justice Commission” after the next elections.
On Friday, the chairman of the PSL announced on Radio Wrocław the appointment of a parliamentary inquiry committee under the symbolic name of the “Law and Justice Commission”, which would be set up after the next elections. The commission should be used to account for illegal activities.
Ideas outside the law
These are anti-democratic views of actions completely unforeseen in Polish law, recently spawned by opposition politicians curiously fascinated by violence.
– said the PiS spokesperson.
The Polish constitution talks about courts and tribunals, not about ad hoc bodies that would convict someone
– added.
According to Fogel, the opposition has “recently fallen in love” by presenting “strange, totally illegal and undemocratic visions”. He referred, among other things, to: to the words of the head of the Civic Platform, Donald Tusk, about “guiding” President Adam Glapiński of the National Bank of Poland.
This is very unfavorable for the Polish public debate. Poland is and remains a democratic state, power will be won here in elections, not through street fighting. I have the impression that some of our competitors have made a mistake with the countries of South America that are ruled by the junta
– he judged.
“An expression of ill will”
Commenting on Kosiniak-Kamysz’s words, the PiS spokesperson said that referring to, for example, the construction of the central communication port as part of the “alleged crimes” of Law and Justice “is an expression of ill-will and attempts to defraud voters or complete ignorance”.
The charge that a company building a massive infrastructure investment spends money on it is an absurd charge. It is like accusing the Directorate General of National Roads and Highways of spending money because it is building highways and demanding that no highways be built in Poland in that case
– He said.
Earlier, Kosiniak-Kamysz, who announced the creation of a commission of inquiry, said, among other things: about the “burnout” of 246 million PLN for the CPK.
All those who act illegally, who betrayed the promises and oaths, those who mainly wasted public money – the burnout of 1.3 billion in Ostrołęka in the coal block that never functioned, included the elections or already spent 246 million zlotys , owed to the company that has the meadow near Warsaw in Baranów. These are clear examples of people or actions that will be held accountable and we will appoint such an important committee, under the symbolic name: “Law and Justice Commission”
– said Kosiniak-Kamysz.
