A protest was organized in front of the Sejm in defense of the martyred priest Michał Olszewski. We encourage you to follow our coverage of this event.
What is happening in Poland is disastrous
– he said during his speech before the Sejm Jaroslaw KaczynskiHe recalled the marches that the current government, when it was still in opposition, had initiated in defense of the supposedly violated rule of law.
This is all I will talk about in a moment, this is a well-thought-out action. On the one hand, this is simply an attempt to distract from the growing ills of everyday life, but to an even greater extent (…) it is intended to calm our society.
– added.
Tusk’s plan is a plan that is actually intended as the liquidation of the Polish state (…). all important decisions will be taken externally. We will simply be a territory inhabited by Poles, but administered from outside. In order to achieve this state of affairs, this pacification is necessary
– he said.
Jarosław Kaczyński drew attention to the imbalance in the media market and in this context stressed the important role of stations breaking away from mainstream media – he pointed to Telewizja Republika, Telewizja Trwam and Telewizja wPolska.
In Poland, the fundamental element of democracy, namely the equality of citizens, is openly rejected. But as usual in their political practice, they constantly say the opposite: they talk about equality, there are no sacred cows, but somehow these sacred cows on their side are constantly multiplying.
– said the PiS president.
Jarosław Kaczyński referred to the situation in which Fr. Michal Olszewski.
This is torture as defined by the Court of Human Rights. Such torture was not applied to two people, but to three, both ladies who worked in the department that supervised the Justice Fund. We have nothing against clarifying matters, but we have not only something, but everything against torture. This is crossing the Rubicon, this is banditry
– he pointed out.
This is an outright disgrace which (…) should in fact lead to the resignation of the government. in a real democracy this would lead to the resignation of the government
– he said.
After these words the crowd began to chant: “Bodnar to jail!”
First you have to win the elections. First presidential, then parliamentary
– noted the PiS president.
The action that will develop is essentially a pacification action. What happened on December 13th and what was made possible by the elections of October 15th is in fact a kind of invasion of Poland, an invasion without the use of weapons or foreign troops, but it is an invasion and you must know that our Poland’s sacred duty is to do absolutely everything to prevent it
– said Jarosław Kaczyński.
All these processes, in the current legal system, because without the prosecutors’ decisions such actions would not be taken, are one big crime that completely discredits the judicial decisions that would refer to these cases. It can be said in advance that they are legally valid. (…) The point here is that those who are subjected to such treatment are going to lie to their colleagues. Women are also subjected to this type of treatment
– said the PiS president.
In the name of common human decency we must unite
– noted Jarosław Kaczyński.
What is happening here is a pacification operation and we must put an end to it with various kinds of actions. We must stop this and we must mobilize on one more issue. Remember that if their power is capable of torture, it is even more capable of manipulating elections. We must create a great cover for these elections, involving tens of thousands, perhaps more than tens of thousands of people. Only then will we have a chance to win the presidential elections and from that moment on at least begin to change Poland
– said the PiS president.
